I, Nicole Y. McClam, MFA, CMA, enjoy exploring the awesomeness of dance with my students at Queensborough Community College and bouncing to and fro as a founding member of B3W Performance Group and performing with Keith Thompson/danceTactics and Kayla Hamilton.  My work has been presented in Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD and Brooklyn, NY, Potsdam, NY, and Lubbock, TX.  A DC native, I was a long-time member of Deborah Riley Dance Projects.  Before that, I apprenticed with Pennsylvania Dance Theater for their 2000-2001 season where I performed works by Ben Munisteri and Claire Porter. I received my MFA in Dance while also pursuing studies in the Laban Certification Program at the University of Maryland. I earned my BFA in Dance Performance and BA in Chemistry from East Carolina University. I enjoy knitting, vegan cupcakes, and researching zombies.

I also work as a costumer and stitcher.  I have designed and made costumes for several companies in the DC area, including my thesis concert, and worked for the Washington National Opera and Troika Entertainment for several seasons, and was gratefully fired from Versace in 2004.
